What Goes Into These Programs

Look, I've been teaching negotiation since 2018, and pricing always feels awkward. But here's how I think about it. You're paying for structured learning that you could theoretically figure out over years of trial and error in real business situations.

The difference? We compress that timeline and provide safe space to make mistakes. Most participants tell me they recoup their investment within six months through better contract terms or avoided bad deals.

  • All materials designed specifically for Australian business contexts
  • Practice scenarios drawn from actual negotiations in Melbourne, Sydney, and Hobart
  • Flexible payment arrangements available for all tracks
  • Corporate group rates for teams of three or more

Every track includes lifetime access to updated materials. As business environments shift, so does the content. Participants from 2022 still reach out with questions, and that's built into what you're paying for.

Common Questions About Investment

Can I switch tracks mid-program?

Yes, and it happens more often than you'd think. Usually people start with Foundation and realize they want the coaching component from Professional. We prorate the difference and adjust from there.

What about payment plans?

We offer three and six-month payment options for all tracks. No interest, just divided payments. Some participants arrange employer sponsorship, which we can support with documentation.

Is there a refund policy?

Full refund within the first two weeks if the program isn't what you expected. After that, we work out something reasonable if circumstances change. We've never had a dispute yet.

Do prices include materials and tools?

Everything's included. Digital workbooks, scenario libraries, recording access, and any templates we reference. The only extra cost would be if you wanted printed materials shipped, which runs about $80.

What Previous Participants Say

Rupert Finchley

Rupert Finchley

Operations Manager, Logistics Firm

Signed up for Professional Track in early 2024 thinking it was just about tactics. Turned out to be more about reading situations and knowing when to push versus when to listen. Used what I learned on a supplier contract in June and saved us about $47,000 annually.

Bellamy Westbrook

Bellamy Westbrook

Business Development Director

The Executive Track felt expensive until about week five. We were working through actual partnership deals I had coming up, and the coaching sessions helped me spot issues I would've missed. One deal alone justified the investment. Would do it again without hesitation.

Corporate and Group Options

We run customized programs for companies sending multiple team members. Three or more people from the same organization get a 20% discount per person. Five or more, and we can design something specific to your industry.

Last year we worked with a property development firm in Hobart that sent seven people through Professional Track. They wanted scenarios focused on council negotiations and stakeholder management. We built that into their program and ran it over three months with their schedule constraints.

  • Custom scenario development for your industry context
  • Flexible scheduling around business operations
  • On-site delivery available for teams of eight or more
  • Progress tracking and reporting for management

If you're considering this for a team, let's talk. The corporate approach works differently than individual enrollment, and pricing reflects the customization involved.
