Learn from People Who've Actually Done It

Our instructors aren't just teachers. They've spent years negotiating deals, navigating tough conversations, and building actual relationships that matter in Australian business. Starting September 2025.

Meet Your Instructors

These aren't academic lecturers reading from textbooks. Each person here has walked into rooms where millions were on the line and walked out with agreements that actually worked.

How We Actually Teach This Stuff

Most negotiation courses throw theory at you. We throw you into situations that feel uncomfortably real—because that's where learning happens.

  • Live role-plays with instructors who push back like real stakeholders would
  • Recording and reviewing your own conversations to catch patterns you don't notice in the moment
  • Case studies pulled from actual negotiations—some successful, some spectacular failures
  • Small cohorts where you can't hide in the back row and nod along
  • Feedback that's specific enough to actually change how you approach the next conversation

What Happens in the First 90 Days

We've watched people go from dreading difficult conversations to handling them with something close to confidence. The progression isn't magic—it's deliberate practice with people who've done it before.

1

Weeks 1-3: Foundation Reset

Most people discover they've been approaching negotiations backwards. We break down the habits that feel natural but actually work against you. You'll start noticing how you sabotage your own position before anyone else does.

2

Weeks 4-7: Controlled Practice

This is where it gets uncomfortable. You're negotiating in front of other participants, getting picked apart by instructors who've seen every mistake. But it's also where the breakthrough moments happen—when you realize you can handle pushback without folding.

3

Weeks 8-12: Real Application

You're taking what you learned into actual business situations. Reporting back. Getting coaching on what worked and what didn't. Building a playbook that's yours—not copied from someone else's success story.

Beyond the Classroom Sessions

Direct Access

Email your instructor when you're preparing for something important. Most respond within a day with specific guidance—not generic encouragement.

Peer Networks

The cohort becomes a resource that outlasts the program. People stay connected because they've watched each other struggle through the same challenges.

Strategy Reviews

Bring your actual negotiation plans. We'll tear them apart and rebuild them before you walk into the room. Better to fail here than out there.

Follow-Up Sessions

Three months after the program ends, we reconvene. You share what actually happened when you applied this in your business. It keeps everyone honest.

Next Cohort Starts September 2025

We're limiting this to eighteen participants. Smaller groups mean more direct feedback and less time listening to other people's questions that don't apply to you.
